In case of differences, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Applicability
These terms apply to all quotes and agreements of TipTop Cleaning, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Quotes
Quotes are without obligation and based on the information provided by the client. Rates are stated in the quote. Changes in the situation on site may lead to an adjusted quote.
3. Execution
TipTop Cleaning carries out the work carefully according to the agreed task list and schedule. The client ensures timely access to the location and provides water and electricity.
4. Trial clean
A trial clean is a one-off assignment at the agreed rate. Afterwards the client is free to decide whether to enter into a regular agreement.
5. Changes and cancellations
Please pass on changes to or cancellations of a scheduled clean as early as possible. Further arrangements on this are set out in the quote or agreement.
6. Payment
Invoices must be paid within the term stated on the invoice.
7. Complaints
Not satisfied? Please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of the work, via info@infotiptop-cleaning.nl or +31 6 31 35 32 45. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.
8. Liability
Arrangements regarding liability are set out in consultation in the quote or agreement.
9. Governing law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
